Events / ACTA unveils biggest-ever Grand Trade Shows for 2026 Travel Industry Summits
The record-setting trade shows will bring together travel advisors, agencies, suppliers, destinations and industry partners from across Canada and around the world

ACTA is gearing up for its largest-ever Grand Trade Shows, with expanded events set to take place during its 2026 Travel Industry Summits in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver this fall.
The Association of Canadian Travel Agencies and Travel Advisors says the record-setting trade shows will bring together travel advisors, agencies, suppliers, destinations and industry partners from across Canada and around the world, offering attendees opportunities to build business, strengthen industry connections and explore new products and destinations.
Each event will feature a record number of exhibitors, while complimentary food and beverages will be available throughout the trade shows.
A major addition to the Toronto and Vancouver events is a dedicated Cruise Pavilion, showcasing more than 25 cruise brands spanning river, expedition, luxury, premium and contemporary ocean cruising. Travel advisors will have the opportunity to meet directly with cruise partners, learn about the latest ships, itineraries and product offerings, and expand their knowledge of the cruise sector.
Toronto attendees will also have access to a new educational session focused on artificial intelligence and travel marketing.
Titled ‘Can You Be Found but Not Seen?’, the interactive presentation will be led by Ryan McElroy, CEO of Travel Agency Tribes. The session will examine how travellers are increasingly using AI-powered answer engines to research and book travel, while introducing advisors to the concept of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). Advisors will learn how authentic, story-driven content can help improve online visibility, build credibility and attract more qualified clients.
The Grand Trade Shows form part of ACTA’s annual Travel Industry Summits, which also feature a General Assembly with keynote speakers, leadership panels and discussions on trends and issues shaping the future of Canada’s travel industry.
Attendance is complimentary for travel advisors and includes food and beverages throughout the day.
While exhibitor space has sold out, registration remains open for travel advisors. A complete list of Grand Trade Show sponsors and exhibitors, along with registration details, is available at actaevents.ca.
