Adventure to the Land of Fire and Ice on Scenic Iceland and the Northern Lights
• October 2021 Definite Departures • ItineraryIceland has been a popular destination among clients, brimming with unparalleled natural phenomena with thirty active volcanoes including the spectacular Geldingadalir which erupted last March 19th, 2021. This 7-day Country Roads style journey begins in Reykjavik to witness the spectacular Northern Lights and ends at the Blue Lagoon, a once-in-a-lifetime experience, for a dip in the naturally thermal waters while surrounded by lava fields and snow-capped mountains. Between those two days, they will visit Gullfoss to view the majestic two-tiered waterfall with a drop of 32 metres, before stopping at the magnificent Hekla and Eyjafjallajökull volcanoes.
