Travel agent appreciation month may be over but AMResorts plans to keep the celebration going throughout summer and fall.

 

Following its fourth annual ‘Amazing May’ campaign, which saw over, 7,500 travel agents attend various events, AMResorts will keep the momentum going with a packed summer and fall calendar of additional agent engagement events, FAMs and conference sponsorships. The campaign will culminate at the end of the year with the second ‘Amazing Agent Celebration,’ an invitation-only event for top producers at the new Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen from December 1-5.

 

The 2021 event will also see the launch of AMResorts’ ‘Be Amazing Awards,’ which will honour agents who have made an exceptional contribution to the travel industry.

 

Last month during Amazing May events, the hotel company rewarded travel agents with a one-million AMRewards points giveaway, commission bonuses and special Master Agent rates that resulted in over 2,000 room nights booked.

 

Four webinars with live resort feeds were also hosted throughout the month of May, with themes ranging from epicurean delights to family fun and upselling. Over 1,500 travel agents joined the series, with three lucky winners chosen at random to join the AMResorts teams in destination to be featured live on the following webinar.
