Visit San Antonio wants agents to know that it is committed to promoting the destination to the Canadian market. Arrivals from Canada are at 60,000 per year and continuing to grow.
San Antonio celebrated its 300th anniversary in 2018 with an event-packed year. The popular city is home to the River Walk and the Alamo, plus attractions including and SeaWorld San Antonio.
Travel Limitations
Air Canada is suspending its 5 times weekly nonstop service between San Antonio and Toronto. The last day of operations are scheduled for April 28, 2019.However, San Antonio remains a convenient destination with one-stop connections on WestJet (with a Delta codeshare), Air Canada, United and American Airlines.
