EarthCheck Gold Certification recognizes seven consecutive years of commitment to environmental and social responsibility

Canada’s largest hotel, Chelsea Hotel, Toronto, has achieved EarthCheck Gold Certification, which recognizes seven consecutive years of commitment to environmental and social responsibility.

The distinction places the hotel as a leader in the worldwide group of sustainable tourism operators that are certified to the internationally recognized EarthCheck Company Standard.

According to Stewart Moore, CEO and founder of EarthCheck, Chelsea Hotel, Toronto has a long-standing commitment to sustainability, and that it recognizes that ongoing improvements in its operations will positively impact future generations, which is why it undergoes the rigorous EarthCheck Certification year after year.
