A new tour operator is on the block! Called Enjoy Travel Group, the company entered Canada in October 2024 and is here to provide Travel Agents with everything they need to create the vacation of their client’s dreams.

Company’s Background

Enjoy Travel Group (ETG) was founded over twenty years ago in Barcelona, Spain (its original name was Skeido Travel). Thanks to its extensive experience and years of operation, Enjoy Travel Group has built a vast network and direct relationships with local suppliers worldwide. 

ETG provides expert travel advice, competitive pricing, customized packages, 24x7 customer service, and many products, including air tickets, hotels, car rentals, excursions, land transfers, and more. 

Worldwide, Enjoy Travel Group is well known for its inclusivity (active promotions of accessible tourism, curated travel experiences for the LGBTIQ+ community), sustainability efforts, and adaptability in an ever-changing travel industry.

ETG has offices in the U.S., Italy, Mexico, Cuba, Spain, the D.R., Colombia, Peru, Brazil, Bolivia, Paraguay, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Russia, and the newest one in Canada!

In total, the company offers over 100,000 seats a year, and their Canadian gateways include YYZ and YUL.

ETG offers a wide range of products, including travel packages and à la carte options like air only, excursions, transfers, and charter flights. Also, Enjoy Travel Group is an expert in MICE and group travel. A birdie told Global Agents that ETG has organized all travel for Madonna’s visit to Cuba.

Other areas of expertise include adventure, sports, cycling tourism, hiking, bird watching, diving, fishing, jeep safari, luxury, weddings, and groups, just to name a few.

Besides working with hundreds of hotel chains, Enjoy Travel Group also offers off-the-beaten-path secluded villas and boutique hotel options catering to a diverse range of travellers.

Currently, Enjoy Travel Group’s air carrier is Air Transat. However, the company will soon add Arajet options as well. Destinations ETG sells include Cuba, Mexico, D.R. and Florida.

Enjoy Travel Group Canada

The Canadian office was recently launched in Montreal, Quebec, with team members located throughout Canada.

Commission

Travel Agents earn a commission on all ETG products ranging from 8% to 10%. The commission will be paid within 7 days after the departure date via direct deposit into the travel agency’s bank account.
