Etihad Airways is bringing its A380 aircraft to the Abu Dhabi – Toronto route, starting June 24.
The double-decker planes will link Zayed Abu Dhabi International (AUH) and Toronto Pearson.
With Etihad’s Abu Dhabi Stopover program, travellers can extend their layovers into overnight stays, with up to two complimentary nights at premium hotels in Abu Dhabi.
Etihad is celebrating the launch of the A380 on the AUH-YYZ route with a new seat sale.
Starting, Feb. 27, and running through March 5, special themed one-way fares to Abu Dhabi start at Cdn$880 in Economy, $2,380 in Business Class and $8,380 in First Class. With the sale, return fares start at $1,380 in Economy, $3,380 in Business Class and $10,380 in First Class. The travel window is June 24 – Dec. 8.
Etihad’s A380s also offer The Residence, the world’s only three-room suite in the sky. Accommodating up to two guests, The Residence features a private living room, bedroom, and ensuite bathroom, complete with a shower at 40,000 feet.
Flight EY21 will depart AUH at 2:40 a.m., arriving in Toronto at 9 a.m. Flight EY22 will leave Toronto at 1:40 p.m., arriving at AUH at 11 a.m.
