Fareconnect.com is taking its advisor-first model south of the border with the launch of FareconnectUSA.com.

The Canadian host agency, a member of Ensemble, currently supports more than 550 travel advisors across Canada and is known for its focus on training, mentorship and proprietary technology aimed at helping new advisors build their businesses.

Fareconnect USA will operate independently as a separately operated company while carrying forward the same advisor-first philosophy as the Canadian company. It will begin serving travel advisors in California before expanding into Florida in 2027.

As in Canada, the U.S. operation will focus primarily on individuals entering the travel industry rather than recruiting experienced advisors from competing host agencies. The company says its goal is to grow the marketplace by attracting new talent and providing the education, mentorship and business tools needed to build long-term careers.

That approach reflects the background of founders Rick and Cindy Gaudet, who entered the travel industry after careers in the military. Rick Gaudet’s experience as a military training instructor continues to influence Fareconnect’s emphasis on integrity, discipline and hands-on coaching.

As we grow in the U.S., our priority remains exactly what it has always been; helping new advisors build successful careers,” said Rick, CEO of Fareconnect.com. “We’re not looking to be disruptors. Our focus is on bringing new people into the industry, giving them the right training and support, and helping them build businesses they can be proud of. That’s how we believe the industry grows.

Cruise Growth In Focus

The expansion is also expected to create new opportunities for Fareconnect in the cruise market.

With California and Florida among North America’s largest cruise hubs, the company plans to expand its cruise training, supplier relationships and advisor resources to help new-to-industry advisors develop cruise business as part of their broader travel practice.

Fareconnect’s expansion is exactly the kind of success we love to celebrate at Ensemble,” said Kristina Boyce, SVP, Operations and Member Services. “Our role is to be a partner in our members’ growth by providing the community, relationships and resources that help them stay ahead and achieve their goals. We’re proud to support Rick, Cindy and the entire Fareconnect team as they bring their proven approach to the U.S. market.”
