Le Boat will be sailing through autumn with an extended cruising season on the Trent-Severn Waterway.

Now running until October 31, 2024, the extended season will give guests the chance to savour the beauty of autumn while cruising through one of Canada’s most renowned national historic sites.

Fall cruising highlights include the following:

• Trent-Severn Waterway: This historic waterway forms part of a navigation system that connects Lake Ontario to Georgian Bay. The fall cruise will feature the beauty of Rice Lake, sailing through picturesque landscapes.
• Rice Lake: Guests will cruise south on the Otonabee River to Rice Lake, known for its expansive, tranquil waters. Rick Lake, Ontario is known for being a premier fishing destination, home to panfish, walleye, bluegill, muskie and bass. Guests will travel 56 kilometres on Northumberland’s northeast boundary where there are countless opportunities to fish.
• Hastings: Located 56 kilometres from the Le Boat base and at the end of Rice Lake, this quaint community is centrally situated along the Trent-Severn Waterway. The two sides of the town are joined by an historic swing bridge at Lock 18. Hastings is listed as a Kawarthas-Northumberland trail town and was given the title of ‘Canada’s Ultimate Fishing Town’ by the World Fishing Network.
