InterContinental Tahiti Resort & Spa

The main pool renovation is now complete — a refreshed layout with more open space, extra loungers, and the brand-new Huriama bar & restaurant, open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. right by the lagoon. Guest rooms retain their signature Polynesian charm, and self-service laundries are now available in every building.

Tahiti Lagoon Resort 3*

Opening scheduled for February 1, 2026. An independent 3-star property with 142 rooms, offering some of the most affordable overwater bungalows in the destination (no direct lagoon access but sundecks with ladders at the pier's end). Facilities include a main restaurant, a brand-new lagoon-side restaurant, two bars, a 2,000 mr swimming pool, and the beloved Tahiti Ora shows and Sunday brunches.

Reva Tahiti 2*

Opening postponed to November 28, 2025. Featuring 43 rooms (most with kitchenettes), a co working space, meeting room, and breakfast service — ideal for independent or extended stays in Tahiti.

The Brando

Annual closure from January 11 to February 11, 2026 (inclusive).

Sofitel Kia Ora Moorea

Renovation work will begin on November 3, 2025, starting with the reception and spa. As a result, the bungalows located near these areas will be closed during this period. During the works, check-in and check-out will take place at the Pure restaurant, and spa treatments will be offered in three bungalows specially arranged for this purpose. 

The hotel will then be closed from January 5 to March 31, 2026, during which time the Pure restaurant, Vue bar, swimming pool, kitchen, and overwater bungalow pontoons will be renovated. 

From April 1 to June 30, 2026, the interior design and furnishings of the overwater bungalows will be renewed. From May 1 to October 31, 2026, the Ocean View Bungalows and Garden Bungalows on the lagoon side will undergo the same refresh. Details on the availability of these units will be communicated shortly. 

Finally, from November 1, 2026, the hotel's full inventory will once again be available for sale.

Manava Beach Resort & Spa Moorea

Each year, the rising of the Pleiades marks Matari'i i nia — the Polynesian season of abundance and renewal. On November 15, in collaboration with Puna Reo, the resort will honor this ancient tradition through a full day of festivities: artisan market, cultural workshops, music, dance performances, and a traditional I a traditional ahimã'a (Tahitian earth oven).

Cook's Bay Resort & Suites

Two highlights to note :

Following last May's fire, the resort has returned to full serenity. The damaged bungalows have been permanently removed, and all remaining units are fully operational.

InterContinental Thalasso Resort & Spa

The resort remains open while the left-wing overwater villas are being redeveloped (completio mid-2026), featuring private pools and an expanded spa. A full resort closure will take place from June 1, 2026 to mid-2027 for complete renovation and rebranding.

Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora

Le Bora Bora by Pearl Resorts

The Poerava gourmet restaurant will be closed from January 11 to February 2, 2026 (inclusive).

Conrad Bora Bora Nui

Closed from January 19 to April 1, 2026 for renovation: villa enhancements and addition of private pools to Overwater Villas. The Iriatai restaurant will remain closed until June 30, 2026.

Raitea Lodge

Annual closure from January 2 to February 10, 2026.

Opoa Beach Hotel

Hotel Apatoa Beach & Garden Village

Recently opened and fully operational.

Le Taha'a by Pearl Resorts 

Construction of a new boutique area between the tennis court, Tavai Spa, and beach restaurant will begin on November 17 for an estimated four months.

Three new shops will feature local crafts, jewelry, pearls, and apparel. The resort will ensure minimal disturbance to guests throughout the project.

Le Mahana Huahine

Closed from January 2 to February 11, 2026.

Le Tikehau by Pearl Resorts 

The resort is finalizing the interior design of its new 2-Bedroom Royal Beach Villa with Pool, to be available for booking by the end of 2025.

Le Nuku Hiva by Pearl Resorts

Sales temporarily closed from December 22, 2025 to March 2, 2026. The hotel remains open during its beautification phase, ensuring full services for confirmed guests, with all work carefully managed to minimize any visual or noise impact.
