April 22 - TreadRight will be celebrating Earth Day this year with an Instagram Live session during which viewers can submit their own questions to renowned environmental advocate and ‘Planet’ Ambassador Céline Cousteau.

 

TreadRight’s Earth Day Instagram Live Q&A, which takes place tomorrow, April 22 at 12:00 p.m. EST, will also be hosted by Chief TreadRight and Sustainability Officer Shannon Guihan.

 

Various themes will be discussed, including a brief background on The TreadRight Foundation, The Travel Corporation’s not-for-profit that supports over 55 sustainable projects worldwide, and how Earth Day has evolved over the years. Viewers will also learn various projects that they can support and next steps that are needed to ensure a sustainable future.

 

TreadRight will collect questions from viewers before going live. To view the live session, go to TreadRight’s Instagram Channel at @TreadRight.

 

Earth Day takes place each year on April 22 and is celebrated around the world in support for environmental protection. Since the first Earth Day in 1970, global events coordinated by the Earth Day Network have expanded to over 193 countries.
