The Sarasota Modern - A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, part of Marriott International - is set to debut late this year. Situated in the heart of downtown, within the urban ‘Rosemary District,’ this luxury boutique hotel has 89 rooms. It has two aqua pools, a hot tub, and private cabanas, all within a resort-style atmosphere.

The hotel features unconventional entertaining spaces, 10,000 square feet of meeting space, relaxing spa services and Rudolph’s, a curated restaurant that’s downtown Sarasota’s new hot spot for fresh, local cuisine.

The intention of introducing the Tribute Portfolio brand to Sarasota was to give global travelers access to outstanding “upper-upscale” hotels while benefitting from the company’s loyalty programs and, at the same time, allowing the owners the ability to maintain their independent spirit while also benefiting from Marriott’s distribution, loyalty, and sales platforms.
