Silvies Valley Ranch - Seneca

Sillies Valley Ranch is a luxury working ranch in Eastern Oregon. It takes a bit to get there, but when you arrive you'll be rewarded with gourmet food, exquisite accommodations, fantastic golfing including a reversible course and a par 3, plus many other activities.

All of the rooms are accessible from the outside, and the ranch is well spaced out making it easy to do your own thing without anyone else around.

Steamboat Inn - Idleyld Park

Steamboat Inn is tucked away in the Umpqua National Forest right along the Umpqua River. This cozy inn offers individual cabins where you and your family will likely never encounter another guest. This is a great spot for fly fishing, and the food is phenomenal.

Nearby are tons of hikes, many leading to waterfalls. Their library is packed with games that your family can take out to the garden or back to the room to play.

Salishan Coastal Lodge - Gleneden Beach

Salishan Coastal Lodge is in between Lincoln City and Newport near the beach. All rooms are accessed from the outside and are extremely private and quiet. They offer a wide array of activities that make it easy to keep space away from others, such as the treetop ropes course and golf.

While you're here, you'll enjoy luxury accommodations, a private beach and exquisite food.

Brasada Ranch - Bend

Brasada Ranch is an 1,800-acre rustic retreat near Bend with 91 luxurious cabins and eight suites. You can enjoy horseback riding, golf and stargazing. Or take a dip in the heated outdoor pool, the indoor pool and the spa.

The fitness center with their open-air Peloton center is available by reservation, but they'll also bring the equipment to your cabin.

Running Y Resort - Klamath Falls

The Running Y Resort is situated at the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range on 3,600 acres in the small town of Klamath Falls. They have regular guestrooms and suites, as well as custom homes and chalets to fit your personal comfort level.

Activities well-suited for distancing from others include golfing, biking, birding and visiting the spa. Plus, the Crater Lake ZipLine is nearby.

The Vintages Trailer Resort - Dayton

The Vintages Trailer Resort in the Willamette Valley Wine Country is a quaint little place to stay. Everyone stays in their own trailer ensuring lots of distance from others. There are 35 fully restored and custom fabricated trailers to choose from that can accommodate 2-3 people.

Plus, each comes complete with an outdoor grill and cruiser bikes. This is the perfect place to stay while you bop around the area's many wineries.

Surfsand Resort - Cannon Beach

Surfsand Resort in Cannon Beach makes it possible to visit one of the more popular beaches and still allows guests to have plenty of their own space. The well-appointed multi-room suites are accessible from the outside and each has a large patio. Make sure to ask for a good view of Haystack Rock.

They have a beach attendant who will set up a space just for your family down on the beach with beach chairs, sand toys, a table, umbrella and even windbreakers. They also have DVDs and board games you can check out to use in your room.

Loloma Lodge - McKenzie Bridge

Hidden in the woods by the McKenzie River is Loloma Lodge. They have four intimate cabins you can stay in (all with full kitchens) or a few rooms available in the main historical lodge.

Around the area, there's plenty of hiking, river rafting, fly fishing and golf. It's somewhat in the middle of nowhere, so you'll encounter little to no people during your stay.

WildSpring Guest Habitat - Port Orford

Down along the southern Oregon coast is the gorgeous WildSpring Guest Habitat where you'll enjoy a quiet stay with activities like hiking, biking, golf, jet boats, kayaking and, if you get lucky, whale watching.

This small bed and breakfast offers luxury cabins, with a hot tub overlooking the ocean and hammocks in the woods. It's possible to check in, relax all day, check out and not see another person while you're there.

Minam River Lodge - Eagle Cap Wilderness

Minam River Lodge takes social distancing to the next level. It is so remote that it will be a challenge to get here. Guests will have to fly into the lodge's private airstrip, hike 8.5 miles in to it, or ride a horse there.

Once you arrive, you'll be surrounded by unlimited hiking opportunities and fishing. You'll dine on wilderness cuisine, much of which is grown on site or sourced from nearby ranches. Lodging includes upscale tents, log cabins and more typical hotel-like rooms inside the lodge.
