In December 2024 Sunwing Vacations carried more than 368,000 vacationers from across Canada onboard some 2,246 Sunwing Airlines flights to dozens of sun destinations in Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America.

Not only that, but 100% of those flights were successfully completed.

All eyes have been on Canada’s airlines this winter, mindful that the high-volume holiday break every December (combined with unpredictable winter weather) can be challenging.

Sunwing Vacations offers packages to over 700 hotels across Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America. The tour operator announced its initial winter schedule in August 2024, which included the additions of Tulum, Camaguey-Santa Lucia and San Andres, Acapulco, Los Cabos and Puerto Vallarta, Puerto Plata, Cayo Largo from Montreal and Quebec City, Costa Rica, Roatan and Freeport on Grand Bahama Island.
