Blue Diamond Resorts Cuba will take over the operation of one of the top hotels in Havana and rebrand it Royalton Habana, with operations expected to begin August 1, 2022.

The 250-room city hotel, right in the heart of Cuba’s capital, will boast great views, three restaurants and bars, and a rooftop infinity pool that faces the harbour and San Salvador de la Punta Castle, one of the city’s three key forts.

The property is owned by Grupo de Turismo Gaviota.

While this latest hotel will not be the first city hotel managed by Blue Diamond Resorts Cuba, Royalton Habana will be the first city hotel within the Royalton Luxury Resorts portfolio.

Blue Diamond Resorts Cuba now has 36 properties in its portfolio, and 10,000+ rooms. Last month Blue Diamond Resorts Cuba announced that it will exclusively manage all 11 properties in Cayo Largo.
