Canada Jetlines is just two days away from launching its much-anticipated inaugural flight from Toronto to Montego Bay, Jamaica.

Starting December 9, 2023, the airline will begin operating the Toronto Pearson-Montego Bay route with an initial frequency of 2x/weekly, on Saturdays and Sundays. It expects to add a third weekly flight starting in 2024, offering even more flexibility for sun-seekers.

Minister Bartlett also noted that the new service will play a valuable role in helping Jamaica achieve its target of attracting 500,000 annual visitors from Canada by 2025.

News of the Toronto-Montego Bay route, along with Toronto-Orlando, was first announced in August 2023. The Toronto-Orlando route took off on October 30, 2023.
