Culinary Delights
Led by new Executive Chef Picco Alapatt, the culinary team at Four Seasons Resort Nevis has cultivated several new menu offerings that highlight Caribbean fare, American favourites and a few traditional holiday specials that are sure to delight the palate at any of its seven bars and restaurants. Offerings include decadent displays of gourmet fare, such as locally sourced lobster and seafood, fine cuts of quality meats and farm-fresh vegetables. Guests will also want to make sure to leave room for dessert with an array of hand-crafted treats, from talented Executive Pastry Chef Koushik Biwas. Buffet dinners will be offered in Hamilton Room and EsQuilina with a la carte menu specials at all other restaurants including On the Dune and Mango for Christmas and New Year's Eve.
Kids For All Seasons
When it comes to the holiday season, it's all about making sure that the kids have fun while creating lasting memories. The Kids for All Seasons club, located next to the Calypso Pool, gives little ones their own place to play. The kids club offers an abundance of outdoor activities, including sandman building competitions on the adjacent beach, movie nights under the stars with s'mores and face painting and creative cooking, baking or mocktail making classes. The kids will be so busy having fun that the parents won't be able to pull them away from all the activities.
Holiday Entertainment
The holiday festivities wouldn't be complete without a visit from Ol' Saint Nick. Kids and kids at heart will be filled with wonder as they await Santa's arrival. Listen for the cheers and sounds as he makes his way around the Resort bringing presents and treats for everyone. Along with a visit from Santa, guests will hear the joyous sounds of Christmas carols from the local children's choir singing songs of the holiday. Guests will also enjoy nightly entertainment by local bands as they dance the night away. Later in the week, it will soon be time to ring in the New Year at Pinney's Beach, where guests will celebrate with their toes in the sand, Champagne toasts, live music and a spectacular fireworks display.
No matter how guests decide to spend the holidays at the Four Seasons Resort Nevis, they will create magical memories for years to come, and this year, they'll also be able to capture those moments with a portrait commemorating the trip. With the help of Photo Fantasy, guests can take home lifelong visual mementos during any of the 15, 30 or hour-long shoots.
