Hyatt announces two landmark all-inclusive resort openings in Mexico's most coveted destinations — Park Hyatt Riviera Maya and Grand Hyatt Los Cabos Resort, Golf & Spa — both expected to debut in late 2026

Hyatt is set to expand its Mexican portfolio with two landmark properties arriving in late 2026: Park Hyatt Riviera Maya and Grand Hyatt Los Cabos Resort, Golf & Spa. Both resorts will introduce all-inclusive offerings carefully integrated into each brand's signature guest experience, reinforcing Hyatt's growing presence in Mexico's premier leisure destinations.

Park Hyatt Riviera Maya: Refined Luxury Meets All-Inclusive Freedom

Situated on a secluded stretch of Caribbean coastline between Cancun and Puerto Morelos, Park Hyatt Riviera Maya is expected to open by the end of 2026. The property is designed to redefine luxury all-inclusive travel in the region, rooted in the Park Hyatt brand's signature hallmarks of thoughtful design, deeply personal service and an atmosphere of calm.

The resort will feature 148 guestrooms and suites with Caribbean views — including accommodations with private pools and plunge pools — alongside seven distinct dining venues anchored by a chef-led, entirely à la carte culinary program. Guests will be welcomed by a dedicated Resort Ambassador from pre-arrival onward, ensuring a personalized experience throughout their stay. Additional amenities include a beachfront pool, an open-air spa garden, daily wellness rituals and preferred access to El Tinto Golf Course. The resort's design draws inspiration from local materials, craftsmanship and the natural landscape of the Riviera Maya.

Grand Hyatt Los Cabos: A Bold Destination for Leisure and Celebrations

Located within the Oleada Pacific Living & Golf oceanfront community in Cabo San Lucas, Grand Hyatt Los Cabos Resort, Golf & Spa will bring the energy and scale of the Grand Hyatt brand to Baja California Sur. The property is planned to open in late 2026, offering 301 guestrooms and suites — including swim-out accommodations and a Presidential Suite — within a Baja-inspired architectural setting.

The resort will cater to both leisure travelers and event planners alike, featuring over 20,000 square feet of indoor meeting and event space complemented by outdoor garden venues. Dining options will span five à la carte restaurants and five bar concepts, including a refined steakhouse, pan-Asian and Italian cuisine, rooftop cocktails and an intimate speakeasy. Recreational amenities include multiple ocean-view pools with adults-only and family-friendly areas, a dedicated splash park, and a comprehensive wellness facility offering hydrotherapy, steam and sauna rituals and a traditional temazcal experience. Guests will also enjoy access to an Ernie Els-designed golf course.

Hyatt's Continued Momentum in Mexico

Both openings reflect Hyatt's ongoing commitment to delivering differentiated luxury experiences across Mexico's most desirable destinations. Further details on each property are expected to be announced as opening dates approach.
