RIT Vacations is bringing fresh expertise to its UK and Ireland offerings with the appointment of Chantal Gouveia as Groups & Sales Manager.

Gouveia brings more than 18 years of travel industry experience, joining from AC Group after previously serving as Product Manager for Western Europe at Kensington Tours. She brings expertise in tailor-made itineraries, group programs and destination knowledge, along with strong industry relationships and a passion for Ireland and the UK.

In her new role, Gouveia will lead the development and management of customized group travel programs, working with RIT’s sales, product and operations teams across Canada, Ireland and the UK. She will oversee group enquiries from itinerary planning through to booking and departure, while supporting travel advisors and agency partners through product training, webinars and industry events.

The appointment comes as RIT continues to introduce new experiences across England, Scotland and Wales while building on its established Ireland portfolio. According to the company, Gouveia will help identify opportunities to grow its group and specialty travel business.
