Palmaïa - The House of AïA has been accepted into Virtuoso’s portfolio of luxury travel partners

Palmaïa - The House of AïA has been accepted into Virtuoso’s portfolio of luxury travel partners, comprised of more than 2,000 preferred suppliers in 100 countries. According to Alex Ferri, founder and owner of Palmaïa, inclusion in Virtuoso will open up new sales and marketing opportunities to the network’s luxury travel advisors and their highly desirable clientele. Virtuoso agencies worldwide sell an average of $25–$30 billion annually, making the network one of the most significant players in luxury travel.

As Virtuoso’s acceptance process is incredibly selective, it is an honor to be a part of this network,” said Ferri. “The reputation Virtuoso member agencies have for outstanding dedication to their clients is a perfect fit with our holistic approach to luxury wellness travel. We are thrilled that the Virtuoso team selected Palmaïa - The House of AïA, and we look forward to offering Virtuoso advisors and their clients the special amenities, values and experiences that surpass their expectations.” Palmaïa-The House of AïA, which opened in January 2020 just before the pandemic hit, joins Virtuoso’s collection of the finest luxury hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators and other suppliers worldwide. These luxury suppliers are able to market to Virtuoso clients via network marketing programs and to Virtuoso agencies through multiple communications channels and events, including Virtuoso Travel Week, luxury travel’s largest worldwide gathering. Palmaïa - The House of AïA’s acceptance into Virtuoso gives it direct relationships with the world’s leading leisure travel agencies in North and Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa and the Middle East.

Located where the jungle and the sea meet on the coast of Mexico’s Mayan Riviera, Palmaïa - The House of AïA offers its guests, and now Virtuoso clients, one-of-a-kind immersive beach, spa and wellness experiences. The resort’s Architects of Life and Rituals of Sound programming was designed to foster genuine connections between individuals, whether through an outdoor sound healing class or learning about Mayan traditions in Palmaïa’s Cacao Ceremony.

Palmaïa - The House of AïA also is the first resort to offer exclusive plant-based menus at each of its dining venues, and all of its suites are vegan-friendly, crafted without the use of any animal products. Nomadic Guides are assigned to travelers to attend to their needs throughout the stay, and the resort actively participates in its “Gifting Lifestyle,” allowing guests to enjoy all wellness, food and beverage, Ritual of Sound and Architects of Life programming without the hassle of exchanging currency.

For parents, Palmaïa operates the only holistic children’s activity program in hospitality run by certified Waldorf educators. Virtuoso clients will receive exclusive amenities when staying at Palmaïa-The House of AïA, including a $100 spa credit, early check-in and late check-out, suite upgrades (based on availability), and a welcome amenity.
