COVID-19 Safety Program
The Health & Safety of Palmaïa - The House of AïA highly valued team members and clientele is always their main priority. With this in mind, they are constantly monitoring local government mandates, government policy changes and global public health advancements, including Atlanta’s Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, which drive our protocols and procedures for risk management throughout this contingency.
In consultation with Palmaïa - The House of AïA leading health assessment partners, this program has been developed to reinforce and strengthen the standard health & safety protocols and procedures presently in place.
Health and Safety Program Includes:
1. Team Member & Guest Health (team member responsibilities) 2. The Guest Experience (guest arrival valet, taxi or ride share) 3. Cleaning Products and Protocols (safe social distancing, personal protection equipment) 4. Department Sanitization Policies (pool operations, front office, housekeeping) 5. Food & Beverage (room service) 6. Catering for Weddings 7. Spa, Salon & Fitness Centre (entertainment)
