 is pleased to share the updated Hurricane Policy:

•  If a Hurricane Warning is issued by the U.S. National Weather Service for any of Ocean's destinations during your clients’ stay, Ocean will waive penalties for early departures or cancellations within 48 hours of arrival. Guests will receive a full refund or credit for the total unused nights, valid for travel up to one year.
   
• Guests who are unable to depart as scheduled will benefit from Ocean Signature Resorts discounted distressed passenger rates, available exclusively during hurricane warnings and payable directly at the hotel.
   
• For guests arriving after a storm, Ocean Signature Resorts guarantees no increase in previously booked rates and will refund or credit any unused nights accordingly.
   
• Please note that Ocean Signature Resorts policy is only activated by official Hurricane Warnings, not for tropical storms or watches. Third-party travel providers, such as airlines or car rentals, are not covered under this policy.
