New Flexible Policies for Suite Deposits

• For Grand Velas and Casa Velas: one complimentary suite for every 8 paid suites (maximum 2 per blocking); for Velas Vallarta one complimentary room for every 25 rooms paid (maximum 3 courtesies per night); and for Mar del Cabo: one complimentary suite for every 15 paid suites
• One guaranteed suite upgrade to the next category available for the representative
• One-hour welcome cocktail reception in an area designated by the resort**
• $50 USD Spa Bonus per person per night (not valid for Mar del Cabo and Velas Vallarta)

For Grand Velas get a $500 USD bonus by booking friends and family retreats or 3 complimentary nights on the property previously reserved and for Velas Vallarta get a $200 USD bonus or 1 complimentary night.

*FLEXIBLE DEPOSIT POLICIES
• High season - Winter: January to April (ending Easter week). Not valid for Presidents’ Week, March, and Easter. The deposit is non-refundable. Maximum Allotment: 30 rooms per night
• Low season - April (ending Easter week) to December 18th, 2020. Not valid for Thanksgiving. The deposit is non-refundable. Maximum Allotment: 40 rooms per night **COCKTAIL RECEPTION
• For Grand Velas, Casa Velas and Mar del Cabo, applies from 8 to 30 suites. For Velas Vallarta, applies with a minimum of 20 rooms per night ***UNLIMITED GOLF ROUNDS
• Only valid in Casa Velas. Golf cart fees (a mandatory fee of $57 USD per person, per round, is required) or transportation to the golf course not included. Advanced reservation is required EXCLUSIVE SOCIAL BENEFITS
