Rocky Mountaineer has launched a brand new Agent Portal designed to simplify and enhance the booking experience.

This upgraded platform provides a centralized, streamlined way for agents to manage bookings, access marketing tools and learn the latest news from the rail company.

To celebrate the launch, Rocky Mountaineer is giving retail travel agents who make a confirmed booking through the portal by January 31, 2025 the chance to win two tickets for a Rocky Mountaineer journey. Each booking made earns rewards, with gift cards ranging from $400 to two bookings, to $800 for six or more. One lucky agent will win a complimentary two-day rail journey for two, including hotel stays on both ends.

New features of the Agent Portal include:

• A new booking interface that improves the online booking experience
• A notifications feature that gives agents access to the latest Rocky Mountaineer news, product & operational updates and promotional offers
• A learning and training centre featuring learning opportunities, exclusive travel agent discounts, and rail route and destination information
• Marketing and sales resources that include brochures, promotional flyers, digital assets and customizable marketing materials
• Easy sign-up for Rocky’s Inside Track Newsletter featuring insider tips, news, product and offer updates, and archived newsletters
