With 127 guest rooms designed for the rhythm of life, Tempo by Hilton San Deigo Del Mar will bring Hilton’s growing lifestyle brand to the West Coast. Guest rooms will boast the brand’s signature Power Up, Power Down and Get Ready Zones, plush Sealy mattresses for a great night’s sleep, oversized bathrooms with Apotheke products and a Bluetooth mirror. It will also feature Moonsong, Tempo by Hilton’s dining concept created in collaboration with Bluestone Lane, and an expansive on-site gym with modern equipment.

Canopy by Hilton Nashville Downtown The Gulch

Anticipated Opening Date: March 2025

Located in the Gulch, Nashville’s premier urban neighborhood, the 181-room hotel will welcome guests with an elegant, sculptural reception desk in an area defined by brass scaffolding and metal mesh screens. The guest rooms will continue the industrial motif by celebrating everyday materials with elegant detailing for a modern feel. This includes wood floors and concrete ceilings, a custom-painted particle board and metal mesh bed canopy with denim and leather headboards and a barn door in reclaimed metal. The hotel will offer authentic food and beverage experiences, drawing inspiration from the community’s culture. Silo on the ground floor will serve as a multi-purpose, casual and communicative space for locals to eat, drink and play throughout the day. It will offer a coffee bar, restaurant and Yazoo taproom to pay tribute to the former brewery. Coa – The Rooftop Bar will be an expansive indoor/outdoor space that delivers a modern, refined mezcal-crafted experience. With stunning views of the downtown skyline, it will provide after-work drinks, and an energetic scene during the weekend through modern Mexican flair, three outdoor terraces and an agave garden.

Graduate by Hilton Dallas

Following last year’s acquisition, Graduate by Hilton’s rapid growth is continuing with the debut of Graduate by Hilton Dallas. The 95-room hotel is steps from Southern Methodist University’s campus and will feature Graduate’s signature Poindexter Coffee shop, a welcoming communal lobby, on-site food and beverage, comfortable guest rooms and design nodding to the school’s traditions and customs. Graduate Dallas will be the brand’s first open property in Texas.

The Printing House Hotel Downtown Nashville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Building on Hilton’s impressive footprint in Nashville, The Printing House Hotel Downtown Nashville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton will soon offer guests a unique stay steps away from the city’s top attractions. Inspired by Nashville’s rich printing history, the hotel pays homage to Music City’s past through elevated design, comfortable guest rooms and authentic experiences. Hilton Yuyao

Hilton Yuyao is located in the central business district of Yuyao, adjacent to the Houqing River. Drawing inspiration from the essence of Yang Ming culture, the hotel features a stylish yet elegant design and meticulous decor, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests. The hotel offers three uniquely themed restaurants and bars that skillfully combine international cuisine with Zhejiang’s local flavors, providing diners with a distinctive culinary experience. Hilton Garden Inn Jinan Olympic Sports Center is the first Hilton Garden Inn in Greater China to feature the brand’s new regional prototype, “Gen A,” setting a new standard for upscale, focused-service hospitality. DoubleTree by Hilton will debut in Pakistan with the opening of DoubleTree by Hilton Nathiagali, a picturesque mountain resort town renowned for its natural beauty. The property will offer three dining outlets, a temperature-controlled swimming pool, spa and fitness facilities, several guest rooms with private balconies, and state-of-the-art events and meeting spaces all set against the Galiyat mountain range. Hilton Tokyo’s renovation of its banquet hall space comes in response to growing domestic and international business demand. The fully refurbished 3rd floor now offers approximately 200 square meters, 1,400 square meters in total, of versatile event space, featuring four banquet halls, five meeting rooms, a pre-function room, three breakout areas, and a lecture hall. The spaces are equipped with integrated beverage and dining facilities to ensure smooth traffic flow, providing guests with a seamless experience for dining and socializing in various formats. Renovations Completed Date: October 2024

Hilton Kuching has completed a comprehensive renovation to mark its 30th anniversary as Sarawak's first international hotel. • Daxton Hotel Birmingham, which recently was awarded a rare MICHELIN Key, joined Curio Collection by Hilton. The 151-room Michigan hotel features more than 400 distinctive artworks, a Mediterranean restaurant, café and bar and lounge. 
• Hampton by Hilton Sandton Grayston marks the brand's 150^th property in the EMEA region and debut on the African continent. Located in Johannesburg’s financial and shopping district, the 158-room hotel seamlessly blends local culture with South African art complementing its interiors. 
• Hilton Woking opened in the newly developed Victoria Square, featuring 189 rooms, each with stunning panoramic views of Woking and Surrey’s countryside. The hotel boasts Surrey’s largest ballroom, and a variety of dining options, including the LOFT Sky Bar on the 22^nd floor, serving cocktails and a Pan-Asian menu. • After an extensive conversion, Hilton’s premium economy brand, Spark by Hilton, continued its rapid growth momentum with the recent opening of Spark by Hilton Albuquerque North I-25. The brand’s new hotel in New Mexico is located in Albuquerque’s north business and entertainment district surrounded by restaurants and nearby attractions.
• With the openings of Hilton Shanghai City Center, Canopy by Hilton Osaka Umeda and Hilton Garden Inn Bangkok Riverside, Hilton now has more than 1,000 hotels in APAC.
• Hilton opened its first hotel in Paraguay with the opening of Palmaroga Hotel Asuncion, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. Housed in a historic building dating back to 1901 that originally served as the headquarters for the Superior Court of Justice, the hotel’s recent renovation maintained its neoclassical architecture, blended with Spanish modernism inspiration and stayed true to its cultural heritage while adding modern amenities.
