November 24 - Blue Diamond Resorts’ are pleased to announce that the cash load and redemption features are now active.

 

Initially, the company advised that the new reloadable cards would be sent to members automatically, however this process has now changed.

 

Please see the new process below:

1. Make a new redemption and confirm your mailing address 2. Confirm the amount of points you wish to redeem 3. A card will be loaded with the redemption amount 4. Your new card will arrive by USPS within 10 days 5. The card will now be reloadable until it expires

 

Please ensure you have an up-to-date mailing address on your profile to avoid unnecessary delays.

 

If you were awaiting a temporary single use pre-loaded card, please note that this process is now discontinued. These points will be returned to your account and you will be required to redeem these points by following the process outlined above in order for them to be loaded on your new card. All previously earned points will be protected.

• Maximum Card Balance at any one time $10,000 • Maximum load/reload $10,000 • Point-of-Sale Daily Limit $10,000 • Daily ATM Withdrawal Limit $500.00 • Total Daily Limit (POS, ATM w/d) $10,000
