The Anguilla Tourist Board’s 2026 Summer Campaign continues. “Anguilla: Taste. Feel. Live.” introduces the innovative XCAPE app, reinforcing Anguilla’s commitment to innovation, digital visitor engagement and data-informed tourism.

The campaign itself celebrates the destination’s rich culinary heritage, vibrant culture, warm hospitality, and immersive lifestyle experiences. Further, it showcases the cultural festivals, boat racing, live entertainment, heritage experiences, that empower visitors to connect with authentic Anguillian life.

The campaign will continue to unfold as the Summer goes on through strategic storytelling, immersive content, and collaborative destination partnerships, spurring deeper connections with the destination.

The aforementioned XCAPE is a holistic digital platform designed to serve as a personalized travel companion. In providing users with access to curated destination information, interactive island experiences, and real-time travel updates (among other resources), it makes engaging with Anguilla both convenient and rewarding.

Anguilla Tourist Board (ATB) Welcomes Sean A. Richard as Incumbent Chairman

Just as Anguilla continues to evolve as a destination, so too does its tourism authority, the ATB.

As of May 2026, Anguilla’s Minister of Health, Tourism and Sports, Cardigan Connor, has confirmed the appointment of Sean A. Richard as the new chairman of the Anguilla Tourist Board (ATB).

With more than 20 years of experience in tourism and luxury hospitality management, Richard currently serves as General Manager of TEI Anguilla, dba Altamer Luxury Villas, and has previously held executive leadership positions at Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club and CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa. Richard succeeds Cecile Amelia Vanterpool-Kubisch and has embraced a mandate to strengthen coordination and innovation in Anguilla’s tourism sector as it looks to navigates an increasingly competitive international tourism market.

BermudAir Adds Anguilla to its Horizons from YYZ

Travellers seeking the warm comfort of Anguilla’s scenic shores will find it more accessible than ever from Toronto’s Pearson Airport.

As of December 19, BermudAir has launched a new seasonal connecting route to Anguilla, routing through Turks and Caicos, and uniting two of the Caribbean’s foremost luxury destinations.

The service is scheduled to operate once weekly on Saturdays through May 1, 2027, providing Canadian travels with a convenient same-day connection to Anguilla. With a total scheduled journey of just over seven hours, the new service represents an important enhancement to Anguilla’s air connectivity from the Canadian market.

The introduction of the route comes at an opportune time, as Anguilla continues to record encouraging growth from the Canadian market. During this first quarter of 2026, Canadian stayover arrivals increased by 40% from 2,138 visitors in Q1 2025 to 2,993 in Q1 2026.

Anguilla Breaks Records with Soaring 2026 Q1 Arrivals

January, February, and March of 2026 have officially broken new ground for Anguilla, marking the strongest-ever first quarter in the idyllic island’s 34 years of tourism.

Total Q1 arrivals reached 90,017, compared with 69,259 visitors during in the same period in 2025. Stayover visitors climbed 24.6% to 46,691, with March 2026 recording the strongest single month in Anguilla’s recorded tourism performance, the “best month ever.”

The attached infographic provides additional insight into this strong performance and continued momentum of Anguilla’s tourism sector. The results demonstrate the destination’s growing appeal across its key markets. Canadian travelers, in particular, will find Anguilla’s authentic, laid-back character especially appealing as they look further south for distinctive winter escapes.
