At Palladium Hotel Group, safety has always been their priority. And now, with the recent worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, they are more concerned than ever about the health and well-being of their customers and employees.

 

It is the responsibility of all of us to prevent the spread and contain the COVID-19 virus, and given the recent actions taken by various countries and governments in response to this international health emergency, as well as the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the protocol of the local authorities in the countries in which we operate, at Palladium Hotel Group they consider it necessary to temporarily close some of our hotels and resorts.

 

Inform that the clients who are currently staying at Palladium hotels, as well as those who arrive in the next few days not following the recommendations of not traveling both by the authorities and the WHO, will be relocated in order to offer them the best care and service:

Hotels in Mexico

• TRS Coral, Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa and Family Selection at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres will remain open until April 3, 2020. From that date, the hotels will be closed until April 30, 2020 • TRS Yucatán , Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa, Grand Palladium Colonial and Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa close on March 24, 2020, as a reminder, all passengers from now until April 3 have been accommodated at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres or TRS Coral, while these properties are open. From that date, the hotels will be closed until April 30, 2020 • Grand Palladium Puerto Vallarta will close from April 1, 2020. From that date, the hotel will be closed until April 30, 2020

 

Hotels in Dominican Republic

• Grand Palladium Bávaro Resort & Spa, Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort & Spa, Grand Palladium Palace Resort Spa & Casino, TRS Turquesa will close from March 28, 2020. From that date, the hotels will be closed until 30 April 2020 • TRS Cap Cana will be closed until April 30, 2020 • Dominican Fiesta Hotel & Casino will be closed until April 30, 2020

 

Hotels in Jamaica

• Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa and Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa are closed until April 30, 2020
