Transat
Transat is suspending their regular operations from January 31 to April 30, 2021

January 29 - Following measures announced by the Canadian government, Transat is suspending their regular operations from January 31 to April 30, 2021. For the customers currently at destination whose return flights were scheduled during this period, please rest assured that Transat is working on a repatriation plan, the details of which will be posted shortly on their platforms.

Transat is receiving a high volume of questions and calls about this announcement and its impact on their operations. Transat knows that it’s causing a great deal of concern among their customers currently at destination or who planned to travel in the coming weeks, but rest assured that they’re doing everything Transat can to ensure that this situation beyond their control has the least impact possible on them. That includes making sure that Transat has a sufficient number of repatriation flights and available seats to return all their customers back home as soon as possible.

Transat thanks you for your understanding and patience. For more information on this announcement, please visit the Canadian government website.
