Playa Hotels & Resorts acquired new all-inclusive resorts in Jamaica in 2018. With the addition of 5 magnificent oceanfront properties to the Playa Hotels & Resorts collection, Playa now offers a total of 7 all-inclusive resorts. These additions include:
Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa
Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa has the largest water park in Jamaica called Sugar Mill Falls Water Park. The water park is equipped with a 280-foot water slide, lazy river and lagoons.

In Jamaica alone there are 7 Playa Resorts with a combined count of over 2,000 guest rooms. In 2019, Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall’s room count will be 365 with the addition of 82 new 800 square-foot Junior Suites. The Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall Ballroom can accommodate 1,200 people.
There are 10 Playa Resorts in the Caribbean in total, including the soon-to-be-opened Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana. Playa will also open 7 new resorts in Mexico.The brand new 750-room Hyatt Zilara and Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana resort complex will open in 2019 on a quarter mile of white sand beach.
Sanctuary Cap Cana has an addition of 139 brand new suites. Sanctuary Cap Cana’s guest room count will increase to 323 suites by December 15, 2018.
