Existing bookings made on or before February 9, 2026, for travel between February 9 and February 28, 2026:

Customers may modify their departure date or hotel without incurring a change fee. If the change results in a higher-priced vacation package, the price difference will apply. If the new package price is lower, no refund will be issued.

Alternatively, customers may cancel their booking and receive a full refund.

Existing bookings made on or before February 09, 2026, for travel between March 1 and April 30, 2026:

Customers may modify their departure date or hotel without incurring a change fee. If the change results in a higher-priced vacation package, the price difference will apply. If the new package price is lower, no refund will be issued.

Alternatively, customers may cancel their booking and receive a future travel credit valid for 12 months.

New bookings made between February 9 and February 28, 2026, for departures between February 9 and February 28, 2026:

Customers may cancel their booking and receive a full refund.

New bookings made between February 9 and February 28, 2026, for departures between March 01 and April 30, 2026:

Customers may cancel their booking and receive a future travel credit valid for 12 months.
