Hotels' room categories are designed to cater to the diverse needs and preferences of their guests. For that reason, Iberostar Cuba, every season, adds new room categories to adjust to clients' demands. 

These are the updates regarding the room categories for season 2025/26 that every travel agent needs to know: 

A New Room Category

A new room category with 3 beds (physical) and for a maximum occupation of 3 adults and 1 child is created in Iberostar Marqués de la Torre (Modern Plus) in Old Havana, in Iberostar Origin Tainos (Bungalow Plus) and Iberostar Origin Bella Vista Varadero (Pool View Plus), both located in Varadero beach, and in Iberostar Origin Daiquiri (Double Plus) located in front of the beautiful sea of Cayo Guillermo. 

Kids Free

Kids Free is the most important characteristic of the new room category: Double Kids Free, created in Iberostar Origin Playa Pilar, Iberostar Origin Daiquiri, and in Iberostar Selection Esmeralda. In Playa Pilar and Daiquiri, with a maximum occupation of 2 adults plus 2 kids and in Esmeralda, 2 adults plus 1 kid.

Coral Village Priority Location

In Iberostar Coral Ensenachos is created the room category Coral Village Priority Location to identify that rooms nearest to the restaurant and the pool. 

Family 2 Rooms

Family 2 rooms is the second one new room category created in Iberostar Selection Esmeralda. With this, Iberostar Cuba complete the 3 basic services for families in this hotel. With a water park and a mini club, the Family room category was the pending subject to consider this hotel as one of the Iberostar Cuba top hotel as a family vacation option.

Iberostar Cuba also modify the age range of Infants and Children to: infants up to 2.99 years old and children up to 13.99 years old.
