From October 4 to 11, the first Iberostar Cuba Week Appreciation Fam 2025 took place in Havana and Varadero. It was an unprecedented event in the destination in the last 10 years. In this occasion, 26 agents from Ontario, Quebec and Western Canada enrolled in the program. 

Getting to know a destination and its hotels is the primary goal of a FAM trip. However, when this event began as just a simple idea, Iberostar Cuba made it its mission from the very beginning to go beyond the usual and transform this experience into something truly unforgettable. 

That’s why Iberostar Cuba decided to offer agents not only a complete overview of its hotels, but also to share with them a wide range of experiences that the mutual guests can enjoy during their stay. The program included site inspections, competitive activities, city tour, and a Gala Dinner and Ceremony Awars.

Iberostar Cuba wanted Canadian agents to get to know not only its facilities, but also and foremost one of its greatest strengths: its entertainment program. With this knowledge in hand, Iberostar Cuba’s goal is to grant agents the Expert certification. And they did it!!!

The Spanish hotelier chain wants to express its deepest gratitude for the agents’ active participation in every activity.
