Sunwing Vacations and Vacances WestJet Québec have launched a new direct route connecting Montreal to Cozumel, expanding travel options for Quebec travellers looking to visit Mexico’s largest Caribbean island.

The first flight departed March 6, 2026, with service operating out of Montréal–Trudeau International Airport through Sunwing and Vacances WestJet Québec. The island features its own international airport along with a range of resort options and outdoor experiences.

To mark the launch of the route, Sunwing is highlighting a limited-time introductory offer at Secrets Aura Cozumel, departing March 13 at $1,565 per person, taxes included.
