Latest cancellation policies from Sunwing

If you have a booking with Suwning please see the information below regarding the cancellation policies:

 

Departure Dates: March 17th to August 31st

Terms:

Sunwing Airlines is suspending all southbound flights between March 17th and August 31st.

Customers with departure dates for flights or vacation packages between March 17th and August 31th are eligible to receive a future travel credit in the value of the original amount paid. No action needed. Your original booking number will be the code of your future travel credit. Sunwing will communicate formally via the email address they have on file (including group travel bookings). You do not need to contact them.

 

Re-booking:

This credit can be redeemed against future travel to anywhere Sunwing Airlines operates, depending on your original departure date:

• Original departure dates between March 17th and May 31st, 2020 are redeemable up to June 20th, 2022
• Original departure dates June 1st – August 31st 2020, are redeemable up to August 31st, 2022

 

Departure Dates: September 1st, 2020 onwards

Standard terms and conditions apply to changes and cancellations.

 

For bookings with Cancellation Insurance

Terms:

If you have purchased the Sunwing Worry Free Cancellation Waiver you can cancel your vacation. Click here.

 

Re-booking:

If you have travel insurance not purchased through Sunwing, you can go to Sunwing My Booking to cancel your trip and make a claim with your insurance provider.
