This year’s Tourism Week in Canada is May 24-31, 2020. We know that Canada’s tourism sector looks different this year, as our sector is currently facing a particularly difficult time, and travellers from near and far are staying home. However, TIAC still wants to ensure they are able to come together and virtually amplify the importance of our industry.

That is why for Tourism Week 2020, TIAC will be focusing on why #TourismMatters now more than ever. While there is a lot of uncertainty in the world, including our sector, right now TIAC know that our industry is eager to come back as soon as possible and stronger than ever.

Tourism matters, and Canada cannot afford to lose its tourism sector.
